Eye Candy Friday
I got a new toy: a Darning Egg! It's made of spalted maple, which is a kind of petrified mold which causes those cool black lines. This will definitely make knit repair easier. (FYI: I got mine here.)

ReplyDeleteVery beautiful wood work :) A work of art... enjoy! I cherish my old darning egg...it was my grandmother's or more likely my greatgrandmother's. It has a date stamped on it...1907!
